Overpriced, dark and moldy

Pros:
Great area / neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, bars and shops
Cons:
Moldy bathroom, broken kitchen appliances that never got fixed by management. Small units that are way too overpriced
Advice to owner:
Clean up your mess

Pros:
Code entry building, clean and pretty new apartments, good water pressure
Cons:
Unresponsive super, space heaters instead of actual heat, tiny kitchen, extremely tiny electric stove, no window in living room.

Meh so so

Pros:
I lived in the top floor facing the street. The bedrooms got great lighting but the living room has no windows or skylight so it’s very dark. It’s also two stories tall so it feels like a dark cave.
Cons:
Awful management, impossible to get a hold of and if you somehow do they are extremely unhelpful.
Advice to owner:
Pick up the phone or answer and email
