    Pros:
    Fun active area with something always going down
    Cons:
    Above a trap house, unsafe at times and mad roaches
    Advice to owner:
    Get your shit together! Exterminate the roaches dispose of trash properly and hire more supers... one super for 22 buildings is ridiculous that poor guy

    It was a totally fine place to stay

    The location was great and the apartment was renovated and clean.
    Cons:
    It took them a very long time to address repairs. Like months. We went 4 or 5 months without a working stove just because they took so long to schedule repairs.
    Advice to owner:
    Respond quicker to repair requests
