Fun little home

Pros:
Tall ceilings, Clean lobby area, Backyard, and nice tenants
Cons:
Black mold, water pressure, utilities not included and very expensive.
Advice to owner:
Stabilize the rent

Small building quiet apts

Pros:
The walk up the stairs is short and sweet.
Never see anyone in the hallways.
Quiet most of the time.
Trash is taken. Out cleanly.
Rooftop access.
In building laundry
Backyard access.
Cons:
Sometimes a dog barks. Late at night.
The backyard is cluttered with peoples things
The ceilings are too tall you need to buy a ladder to live here.
The laundry is not cheap.
Central air is loud.
The landlord doesn’t respond to repair requests.
Advice to owner:
Please take better care of this building before someone reports all the violations.
