    Best NYC Apartment So Far
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Landlords have been AMAZING. Feels illegal to write that, but it’s true considering the crooks that own buildings in NYC. Responsive, friendly to work with, and reliable.
    Cons:
    An older building, so no real amenities to speak of. The space makes it worth it.
