    Good but noisy
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good amenities, good price, good location.
    Cons:
    Very noisy between floors. There's a dog with anxiety in the building that barks for hours when their owner is away and you hear every bark. You will hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor takes.
    Advice to owner:
    Find a way to insulate between floors
