Pros:
Prime Bushwick near the L & M trains
Cons:
Unprofessional. I needed to bug the management company numerous times before anything was fixed. Pest control problem and inconsistent heat / hot water.
Advice to owner:
Schedule and send an exterminator monthly. Need to address tenant issues with more urgency.

Pros:
Mopped the hall frequently. Sent someone to fix things somewhat timely.
Cons:
We had a mold problem before the big storm in 2022, which only got worse after flooding from that rain. They took several months to send anyone about it and didn't fix anything. Just let us move out early only to get people in right after us.
Advice to owner:
Take people's health and safety more seriously.
