    Dark times but ily bushwick
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Central air and heat, not too much trash outside which is a big problem for the are
    Cons:
    Mold, very bad/cramped layout, landlord straight up ignores women so we had to fight for the security deposit and got it back without interest :( hard to get maintenance
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive
