    Good apartment, Good neighborhood

    Pros:
    It’s a 3 story walk up not a lot of people and the neighborhood is relatively quiet.
    Cons:
    Heating issues (water), thin walls (you can hear through the walls)
    Advice to owner:
    You’re doing great
