Content with living here
Pros
Management/Landlord is very personable and very responsive. Definitely cares about the building. Lived here a while and never had issues with responsiveness which can sometimes be hard to find in NYC
Cons
Run-of-the-mill old building problems. Summers can be sweltering and winters can be drafty. Unavoidable bugs in the summer but never overwhelming amount and management consistently sends over an exterminator to every unit whether or not you are experiencing problems which is very helpful.
