Pleasant stay in Bushwick
Pros
Apartment seemed newly renovated and in good condition. Maintenance was responsive when needed.
Cons
Neighborhood was loud, only one bathroom, limited privacy for those in the basement unit. Do not recommend having a pet in this apt as it’s impossible to keep them out of the basement space due to the open stairwell.

Great Location but too many dogs.
Pros
Amazing location, spacious rooms, backyard access.
Cons
A lot of dogs. Some tenants haven't moved in 6 years, so there is a lot of junk in the backyard. Some neighbors will complain the music is too loud in the backyard, even on New Year's Eve.
