Bed bug nightmare
Pros
All my neighbors were awesome
Cons
They never told us about the bed bugs when we moved in. Spent a year dealing with them trying to fix the problem. Tried to keep our security deposit when we had to move out
Advice to the owners
Had cancer a year ish after moving out, no way of proving it was from all the black mold and constant bed bug spraying

Ok place, good area
Pros
The building itself was not bad, the area is really convenient super close to the subway and fun stuff to do.
Cons
There were sometimes small roaches that came up from the pipes, and one of the rooms was crazy cold at night.
