Managment doesn’t care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only 2 apartments so if you’re friendly with the other group its pretty chill.
Cons:
We consistently lost hot water in the shower when the weather was bad because the basement would flood and turn off the pilot light. Management doesnt care. The longest we went without hot water was 3 weeks with DAILY calls and emails to them. Any and all maintenance issues will not be taken care of until weeks of badgering them.
Advice to owner:
Try developing a soul maybe? Oh and stop stealing peoples deposits.
