Long delays in responses, Bad communication

Pros:
Well maintained building, entryway regularly cleaned, garbage meticulously managed.
Cons:
Running the hybrid gas/electric heaters were the highest winter bills I’ve ever seen and apartment was still in the late 50’s-60’s on the coldest days with the heater constantly running. Any repairs needed were cheaply and inefficiently done. Long long waits for responses from emails and voicemails, multiple attempts were needed to contact management company.
