A gem in Bushwick
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building management and landlord (Moshe) are wonderful. Super responsive to tickets submitted.
Good soundproofing in the building, can only hear people in the hall sometimes.
Nicely built building, you can tell they didn’t cheap out on materials.
Cons:
The airflow from some of the vents comes from other rooms so if someone is smoking inside you can usually smell it.
Advice to owner:
Plant a new tree in the backyard!

Decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building was fairly clean and well maintained, maintenance requests through online system were quickly responded to. Balconies and large windows in apartments were nice. Decent sound isolation between two bedrooms in single unit.
Cons:
At least one apartment's tenants were extremely loud and always left the hall messy.

Building overall felt like a transient space contributing to gentrification of the neighborhood. Lived there when it was fairly new, didn't necessarily feel like units were built to last.
