Ok if you’re a DIY person

Pros

The landlord never comes around

Cons

No keys to the mailboxes so all mail goes into a communal basket in the lobby. Top units are excessively hot and the roof has not been painted with reflective paint to reduce heat in the summer. There are roaches and landlord sent a nonprofessional who did not get rid of the roaches

Advice to the owners

Charge less for rent if you dont want to maintain your buildings as they should be

My roof leaked and they never fixed it. Mail box did not have a lock on it all tenants mail qas just thrown in to a big pile
