The loudest apartment in the city

Big space but comes at a cost
Cons:
The restaurant below is a nightmare and will blast base heavy music every night shaking your bed until 5am- meanwhile they only have 5 old head customers in there. The owner just cycles through new leases as no one stays past the 1 yr lease. They told us they would add insulation to quiet the noise but they did not. Borderline illegal living situation as the space is practically unusable 80% of sleeping hours.
Advice to owner:
Be a better landlord and dont let the restaurant walk all over you
