Nice apt but not worth the price

Pros:
Very spacious apt with high ceilings
Cons:
High Electric Bills I live on first floor and hallway entry sound is very loud Garbage piles up Management can be better with maintenance requests. They only patch problems not truly fix them
Advice to owner:
Dont patch the problems. We have had recurring issues every year living here

Nice apartment but issues with security deposit

Pros:
The top units have really high ceilings and beautiful windows on the street side. Appliances are nice. Balcony was a nice touch!
Cons:
No common/stair area cleaning for the 18+ months we were there, super was lovely but overworked by management company, fought for months to get security deposit back
