It was fine
Pros
The unit was inexpensive, had nice high ceilings, plenty of bedroom space, and nice finishes in the kitchen. Our neighbors were mostly considerate.
Cons
Loud street, upstairs neighbors would often fight loudly. We were told the apartment would be repainted and deep cleaned before we moved in, and that was not the case. The landlord, Mr. Weiss, is kind but took a while to follow up when an issue was raised, and would often show up without a mask on during Covid-19.
