It’s a nice place

Pros:
Good appliances and nice hardwood floors.
Cons:
Small kitchen no windows in living room

Be careful with this building and management company

Pros:
-management is overall pretty responsive
-good location
Cons:
-management does patchwork jobs most of the times that doesn't actually resolve the issue
-the building looks nice from the outside but there are plumbing issues that they have no idea how to fix
-it's a very old building
-garbage is a mess outside and rats have a field day
-flooding issues on the ground floor units, I would stay away from those
-you will spend a ton of money on utilities in the winter because the apartments are not well insulated
