    Pros:
    Great layout, high ceilings, close to trains. Generally quiet building with chill neighbors. Dishwasher! Laundry down the street
    Cons:
    Street can be loud in the summer with occasional big back yard concerts-which can be fun. Building has amenities but not updated. Big rent increase after year 1.
