Renovated & close to the train

Pros

Renovated with nice bathrooms and nicely sized bedrooms. Responsive management company. Heat and hot water included. Nice AC units. Very close to the L train. Rent stabilized. Super is friendly, cleans the hallways weekly, and sorts the trash at least twice each week.

Cons

No laundry in the building. Street is noisy because of traffic.
