Pros:
The apartment layout is really convenient if you are an artist.
Cons:
The worst landlord I have ever experienced in my life. We spent almost 3 weeks without hot water in the entire building. He don’t pay back the deposit to any of the tenants by the time we were living there. He doesn’t respond to any message. There are not trash bins outside and the rats are always around.
Advice to owner:
Hopefully he gets penalised and he pays off for being such an terrible human being.

Exposed brick
Large bedrooms
High ceilings
Cons:
Building management is non-existent
No garbage management
No buzzer
Maintenance request could take weeks/months for attention
Unresponsive landlord
Not regularly cleaned
No mailbox
Hot water issues
Advice to owner:
This building has so much potential.
Care more about your tenants and building.
Return tenant security deposits.

Terrible landlord - Heating is a joke

Pros:
-Clean interior
-beautiful wide panel hardwood
-brick building
-spacious apartments
Cons:
-heating does not work
-landlord never responds
-hot water issues
-no outdoor trash maintenance - always messy
Advice to owner:
Care about the tenants in your properties as much as you care about the aesthetic facade.
