Bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
A lot of space, a lot of bathrooms, great location near trains and supermarkets, deli, restaurants and park.
Cons:
Landlord don’t fix things, landlord broke in once, landlord harassing tenants during covid 19 pandemic and threatening to evict tenants, black hazard mold, bad insulation and noise cancelation, leaking ceiling, ilegal bedrooms being rented without a window or fire escape, overpriced, landlord never provided with lease agreement signed by the tenants, refused many times after a lot of request by all of them, infestation of bugs, roaches and spiders.
Advice to owner:
Please review cons and get better at it.
