RENTER BEWARE: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MGMT CO

Good location & beautiful large windows.
Cons:
This is a pretty new building but has not been maintained in the least, both common areas & units. There aren’t enough trash bins for the building’s capacity so it’s constantly overflowing on the sidewalk and attracting pests. There’s also a cumbersome fence surrounding the bins, but the gate doesn’t actually open, so they’re not exactly accessible and tenants often toss the trash a bit haphazardly in the vicinity. They never treated for pests and it became quite the issue until we took matters in our own hands. The windows are poorly insulated and often collect water & mold near the seal. You hear every single footstep and sneeze of your neighbors. No one stays in this building long, it’s a revolving door of folks for apparent reasons. Oh and the building is literally made of styrofoam (I wish this was a joke) …
Advice to owner:
Find a different source of income and stop exploiting hard-working people, or at the very least be responsive, respectful, & competent

Dirty hallways, mostly due to people in the building leaving trash behind. Laundry in building NEVER works.
Advice to owner:
Fix the laundry or simply don’t advertise it when renting to people.

Cons:
Management is awful to communicate, place is overpriced and always has maintenance issues. They only way to get anything fixed for done is to threaten not to pay until they respond to your complaints. Very pushy and inconsiderate landlords they do not care about your health and safety, only that you pay rent on time. Also there used to be a very nice roof and the owners decided to out 5g Verizon towers up there instead and completely ruined the roof, no one can safely hang out up there anymore like before. Totally diminishes the property value
Advice to owner:
Maintain maintenance and upkeep on building, please fix the issue with stolen packages. The laundry area barely functions when trying to add funds to laundry card, this resulting in having to go elsewhere for laundry which is inconvenient for the price we pay.
