    New and clean with nice appliances!

    Balcony and roof,
    Cons:
    Dirty hallways always from the top floors throwing ragers and leaving trash behind. Laundry in building NEVER works and never gets fixed
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the laundry and simply don’t advertise it when renting to people also stop renting to college kids who throw parties and leave food in halls and are running up and down the stairs all night .
