Pros:
Unit was nicely renovated, nothing fancy but good. I could definitely hear rats as it was a first floor unit in Bushwick, but none got inside and I never had a pest problem in the apartment. Tina, who was part of Fu Hao Management, was always responsive by text. Rent was easy to pay via lock box in the hall. AC and heat were great and all utilities were included.
Cons:
Shared a wall with the bodega: every morning, someone would violently heave in the bodega bathroom. Unfortunately most of the units have become illegal full time air bnbs, so the building is a lot noisier and less secure than it once was.
Advice to owner:
Kick out the air bnbs
