    Good building for Bushwick
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location, relatively new building, well built.
    Cons:
    There are a lot of rats and homeless people in Bushwick, it’s difficult to avoid, but there are plenty of both in the street outside this building. Management is responsive but could be better.
