Not bad at all

Pros:
Generally quiet, nice chill neighbors, responsive management, wall-mounted mini splits for cool/heating, 2 washers and 1 dryer in basement. Feels safe and is in a very convenient location. Front door automatically locks, code to get in. Video call box/buzzer in each apartment. They seem to have a cleaning service to mop the hallways monthly now. Scheduled exterminator visits.
Cons:
*Rarely* someone sneaks into the lobby and steals packages. Very small bedroom. The rent is a bit too high for me now unfortunately. No recycling for aluminum/glass/plastic.

Well maintained, lots of outdoor space, amazing location
Cons:
There's moments where you can tell you are one of many buildings (bad paint jobs, thin windows, etc.) but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Real issues are handled quickly + nothing really breaks ever
