    Good building, but loud on broadway

    Pros:
    Clean for the most part, nice amenities in the building
    Cons:
    Right on broadways so loud from the J train stop and broadway is kind of a crazy place.

    Nothing

    Have lived here for 2 years.

    Building is regularly cleaned.
    Cons:
    Neighbors are loud, disrespectful. Management is difficult to get responses from, packages get stolen.
    Advice to owner:
    Add better security. Insulate your walls for noise control. Hire better management.
