Landlord goes by Jay Fried, real name Joel Friedman. Unresponsive, no voicemessage set up. Management, Faigy Mutzen, will sometimes reply to emails, promise and action and do nothing. In building Washer/Drier have been broken for over 7 months, other neighbours have reported it broken for years, although in lease. There are roaches in the building. Mold. Leaks. There is no real a management, just a email to a unresponsive guy. Although advertised with a gym and in building laundry, there is no gym. Process with Doorway NYC is extremely chaotic. Someone with all the mail keys has been going through everyones mail and throwing it on the floor in the hall. Ceiling in bathroom is crumbling. Windows are not good, lots of cold come in which results in huge bill.
Advice to the owners
Be reachable, fix your building.
