    If you want good management don’t move here

    Pros:
    The roof deck is nice and furnished.
    The building is newer
    Water pressure is good
    Cons:
    . The tenants are all younger in their early 20s and run around like it’s a frat house. The gym is bare minimum if that! Overpriced. And under managed. The landlord never responds in any timely matter whatsoever. Ohhh and there’s ONE washer and dryer for like 6 apartments in the building.
    Advice to owner:
    Faster response times for tenants and another washer dryer
