Really terrible neighbors

Pros:
great location , easy to get to manhattan and Bushwick +wburg
Cons:
the upstairs neighbors are disrespectful and loud, and the bedroom has a door to the hallway in it that makes it very loud.
Advice to owner:
to be fair, it’s not their fault. - the neighbors are just bad annoying neighbors

Good location and great apt

Close to subway station. New. Balcony. Same sizes bedrooms.
Cons:
No heating in bathroom only heat lamp…?
