Good experience in Bushwick

Pros

Good location right by the subway and Maria Hernandez, really responsive and helpful landlord/super, lots of space, haven't had many issues and when we did they were fixed quickly. Rent hasn't gone up.

Cons

We've had mice and roaches but nothing too bad, we've been able to manage the pests. No dishwasher, no natural light in the kitchen/living room.
