I lived here for 5 years and it was nice. Neighbors are really friendly and the landlord was always attentive. Whenever I had an issue with something he would always send someone to come and check it out.
It’s an older building and you get what you pay for. I wish the basement laundry room would have been cleaned up more often. I also wish there was a better system to handle the mail that comes in.
