    Be aware - infested block
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to 2 trains, The apartments are spacious
    Cons:
    The entire block is infested with rats - none of the owners take care of it and it’s a huge issue

    Lots of trash on the street

    Can’t walk on the block without encountering more than one rats dead or alive.
    Advice to owner:
    To look after the building more
