Pros

very good friendly people live in building. near the subway, grocery, bars etc etc.

Cons

staircase and hallway almost never cleaned. super doesnt care. roaches in building, rats on stoop, very regularly. landlords do not care, do not help, will charge you extra for things that are his responsibility. look up the landlords - they own many properties in nyc, many have open violations. do not trust them. live somewhere else. i wish i knew before
