    Pros:
    Family oriented, spacious apartments, large windows, good heat, nice super
    Cons:
    Parking, low water pressure at times, hallways can get dirty from neighbors/pets, pest control needed, slow to fix things, many apartments lack renovations, weird smell in apartments at times
    Advice to owner:
    Fix issues quickly to keep good tenants
