Actively falling apart

Dishwasher, laundry in basement, each bedroom had a bathroom.

Cons

Rear siding of the building was improperly installed and maintained. The windows are improperly set into the structure and rain leaks in every single time it rains, full streams of water. Management knew of this issue and did nothing. Someone took a blunt object to our front door so it wouldn’t close all the way and stole packages out of the lobby for months before it was fixed. Dead bugs and dead pigeons everywhere.
