Renters approve of the building's owners
the unit i lived in was very spacious and rent was incredibly cheap. the landlord was very attentive and sweet, and she went out of her way to address problems
the neighbors played extremely loud music and would shout and yell at all hours of the day, they also had a dog that would be left outside and it would bark all night
the locks on the doors were kind of sticky but not many complaints beyond that
