Spacious rooms, prime location, bad management

Close to major trains ( M/L/J )
Spacious rooms
Large windows
Cons:
Dirty common area
Water pressure sometimes completely cuts off
Cheap- non fully functioning appliances ( refrigerator, dishwasher)
Management ignores important request/ issues like mold issues and water pressure.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants who are paying on time and paying the $$$ to live in this overpriced unit.
