The worst apartment in the world

Pros:
You can live here but you shouldn’t.
Cons:
The worst building ever kept. Rats. Roaches. Mold. Unbelievably nasty and unreachable property management. Please save your self the trouble and do not move here.
Advice to owner:
I suggest having a working phone to answer tenants needs and questions. I also suggest having someone come and clean up the trash because the courtyard is not a junkyard. I also suggest just quitting you job because you are terrible at it and probably a terrible person.

Horrible Apartment Building

Pros:
Stove works, hot water works
Cons:
Roach infestation, rodent infestation, mold, overwhelming trash in common area courtyard, dirty and dark hallways, suspicious smells in unit, horrible responsiveness from property owner, no closets, overheated and humid units, disrespectful and messy neighbors who use hallways as storage, poor access and security measures to building.
