The worst place ive ever lived. Absolutely horrible.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Sunlit rooms Decent size apartment (especially ground floor apartments Decent amount of light enters the apartments Full size fridge and ok storage Backyard for ground floor apartments Bathroom is decent and recently renovated
Cons:
Neighbors are LOUD and like to scream out their window. You will likely see them when and if you visit the apartment. They also throw loud parties for holidays that go until 3AM. They also like to run the bath tub until it overflows into your apartment.
Roaches (not a lot but enough to stress me out) and I am an extremely neat and clean person.
Management takes shortcuts with fixes and take forever to clean. They also hire shoddy contractors to do their fixes.
Small kitchen with no microwave and the oven is small and has the worst dials. You’ll never know what the temperature of your oven is.
If you are in the ground floor apartments beware of floods. Management will take forever to make any changes or fixes to damages.
They do not deep clean before you move.
Packages are stolen very often. You can’t even leave them out for 10 min

Not bad at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
They do a good job with issues in the bulding.
Cons:
Rooms get cold since the heat is only in middle of apt.
