Horrible management company
Pros
The supers always try really hard to help you, but unless it's an easy fix like turning the hot water down, they cannot help you.
Cons
The heat didn't work the entire winter, the AC didn't work the entire summer, we straight up started looking up their property management people via the Attorney General's website because nobody would respond. I had to call and email them multiple times a week just to get someone say they saw my message. Really horrible management.

Answer your calls and hire better management
