Not worth the price

Pros

Nice location, near grocery and L/M trains, in-unit W/D and dishwasher

Cons

Rampant package theft. Management is highly unresponsive, so service requests take a LONG time to be addressed. One time I had to threaten to visit their office in-person if they didn’t respond to my request to change the door code (which was literally just the apartment # backwards… not exactly what I’d call “secure”) lol. Exterminator comes once a month in the middle of the work day so he’s hard to catch, and I’ve seen a handful of roaches. Management recently revoked roof access. AC breaks often. Neighbors are also soooo antisocial it’s crazy. TRASH PILES OUT FRONT ALWAYSSSS

Advice to the owners

Hire new (competent) office staff and the super should live on-site or nearby.
