    Decent sized rooms and management is responsive

    Front door wasn’t always bolted together, stolen packages

    Pros:
    Code entry building and back yard. In unit washer dryers and electric heat/cooling units in each room. Did NOT flood in crazy storms but I think that’s because the building is on a mini hill
    Cons:
    Clearly a hastily build new building. Fire alarm in the main entry is constantly going off. Hot water takes forever even in summer. Management is insanely slow to respond (they came to fix a drain issue 3 months into me living there that the previous tenant had complained about). Some handles on doors put on backwards so you can’t lock them. Drains don’t work properly and dryer is a piece of garbage. Back yard is all concrete and never cleaned, even when tenants broke tons of glass back there.
