Pretty building with nice amenities; the worst sound insulation

Pros:
Each unit has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
Cons:
The sound insulation was so bad, it drove me crazy. Not only can you hear outside noise easily, you will definitely hear your downstairs (and/or upstairs) neighbors. Just plain conversations will be within range if they are directly below or above you. It got so bad it was the main reason I moved out. Walls were paper thin too.
Advice to owner:
Fix the floors, put in actual renovation effort.
