    Pros:
    Location. Thats it.
    Cons:
    The landlord is a liar and thief. Made up fictitious damages to withhold my deposit. Is as hands off as they come. Lied about amenities to multiple tenants and failed to paint when he was legally obligated.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a conscience. Al and Kathy are monsters. Her parents would be ashamed to see what she did to this building.
