Not for a long term stay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quick approval process
Cons:
The building was rushed, the management were very unprofessional they do not communicate. Nor they do not try to understand situations. The management were just unresponsive they have a third party that handled everything. Especially when it comes to roommate preferences. If you stay for a year and leave any type of small wear and tears in the apartment ( like small scapes or anything that shows you lived in the place) they will charge you, Not properly. I felt like I was living under a slum lord and I had to risk my security deposit and mental health.
Advice to owner:
Own up to your mistakes , and actually do what you said you promised in the beginning. Communicate when you are entering a tenants apartment 24 hours before hand. Also make a proper invoice. And also do not put a box on the thermostat without proper proof to prove a point.
