Pros

Great neighborhood up and coming and getting better every year

Cons

Laundry machine in the building takes quarters and doesn’t always dry in 1 cycle

Advice to the owners

Access to the roof would be a pro

Decent place

Pros

The first floor was pretty nice. Beautiful backyard, nice basement. A bit loud on the street, but nice neighbors.

Cons

The property manager kinda sucked. Not super responsive and always acting like we're asking for too much.

Advice to the owners

I think the property manager could be nicer honestly.
