Cons:
One of these dam train lines is always down, but no worries cause you have options haha. Some rooms are colder than others???? Very small living room Bathroom directly across the kitchen, maybe thats just me???
Advice to owner:
Finishing details . . . new reno is great, but sloppy finishing, some gaps in the grouting, not very straight walls . . . etc etc
