It’s fine for what it is

Area, size of certain bedrooms

Landlord is kinda slow and didn’t believe us regarding a few issues needed to be fixed

Not a “nice and new renovated place”

Pros

On the same block as a C-town grocery store, Chinese takeout, convenience store/deli etc

Cons

Terrible management !!! -doesn’t care about taking care of the building (smells bad in the lobby, dirty stairs, stairs handles are falling apart) -refused to replace our oven after we had a roach infestation -hires unprofessional maintenance people (installed our toilet handle upside down and we had to send in another request to have it fixed correctly)
