    pick your battles

    Pros:
    rooftop access is avail, though furniture up there was rundown
    Cons:
    not clean hallway.
    property manager recently changed but consistently unresponsive for fixes

    No working door bell (we told management but not sure we filed a repair request)
    Smell of sulfur constantly emanating from radiators (they told us they couldn’t do anything about this)
    Yellowjacket issue from last year
    Constant roaches (large and small) despite monthly fumigation efforts
    No (safe) roof access
    Holes and cracks everywhere (we are in need of a search and seal but we haven’t requested it yet)
    No ventilation system for the kitchen
    No hot water during certain hours (typically no hot water between 7:30-9:30 pm)
    No AC, we have to provide our own in window ACs
    Mold spots on ceiling
    Fire Escape window issue that took 2 months to get answer on
